Photographing a Movie Star

Debra Lamb by Jeanine Brown

I adore this photo!

Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing scream queen Debra Lamb in my beautiful Sunnyvale studio. Debra needed photos for The Tastes of San Jose magazine, Dark Beauty magazine and just some fun stuff since we collaborate on artistic inspiration.

We started the shoot with some Victorian themed shots for the magazines. Deb found a really great dress and hat. This woman has a lot of accessories! We picked out a great look together and did various poses. One of my favorite things about working with Debra is she knows her angles, how to move, and can immediately get back into a pose if she has to stop. That is the main difference between working with a professional actress and a non actor. Knowing the angles and poses helps so much.Nude photography by Jeanine Brown

Debra also isn’t shy at all! She is willing to try anything, bare it all and have a good time. She is also incredibly flexible and supple.

I hope you just take a moment to enjoy these photographs of a beautiful and talented woman.

If you’d like to have a photograph taken by me, I do modeling head shots, nudes, glamour photos, weddings, maternity photos, boudoir photography and more. Please visit Jeanine Brown Photo Design and check out my website www.jbrownphotography.com. My email address is jbrownphotodesign@gmail.com

About Jbrown

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be an artist. I discovered photography at a young age and became a camera buff. I studied photojournalism in college, thinking I'd change the world as a news reporter. After interning and working on various newspapers, I discovered I hated chasing ambulances, but loved working with people. So I started my own photography company. I also have a graphic design background, and I incorporate my design and photographic skills to bring you compelling, artistic images that are as unique as you are.

Nicely done! Debra’s a great model but it takes a particular talent to make her this luminous.
